Support for the app
If something in the desktop app looks wrong, include your operating system, the app version (shown in the sidebar) and a short description of what you expected against what you saw. If a calculation looks off, tell us the inputs; every figure in Stax IQ is traceable, so a good report gets a fast, specific answer.
Downloads and purchases
If a download link or a purchase delivery fails, email us with the address you bought or signed up with and we will put it right.
